Senior Strategist at Market Veep?

Lead client relationships, mentor team members, and help deliver high-impact marketing strategies. Here’s what you’ll focus on:

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high priority clients or co-lead accounts with Account Managers to ensure strategic goals are met.

Mentorship and Coaching

Coach, train, and upskill Marketing Strategists and Account Managers in areas such as client conversations, data analysis, marketing strategy, and team collaboration.

Strategy Development and Execution

Develop and oversee marketing strategies for high priority clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and driving measurable results.

Team Collaboration and Support

Work closely with Marketing Strategists and Account Managers to support project execution, facilitate collaboration, and maintain high standards across client deliverables.

Your Professional Experience:

At least 1 year of Market Veep Marketing Strategist experience
At least 2 years of client management experience
At least 3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience
Experience with B2B marketing strategy
Related Bachelor’s degree or higher
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Coaching and mentorship skills

Collaboration and approval of marketing strategies across all clients.
Coaching junior and mid-level account managers and marketing strategists.
Be organized and attentive.
Be ready to ask questions. You can never ask too many questions!
Be willing to say when you’re stuck or you don’t know what to do.
Work well with a team and on your own.
Take notes fiendishly when receiving instructions (this is really important).
Be friendly and respectful to others (also pretty important).
Be able to communicate professionally with both our team and our clients.

A Day in the Life…

You’ll start your day by checking in with the team for a "good morning" greeting.

Next, you’ll address any issues or concerns that have our clients or strategy team stuck. You may spend your day supporting Marketing Strategists in client strategy meetings or hosting one-on-ones with the Account Management team. Many days, you’ll be elbow-deep in reports or presentations on team performance, client retention, or strategy planning.
