Senior Designer at Market Veep?

Support the design and development team, ensure high-quality creative output, and help deliver exceptional client projects. Here’s what you’ll focus on:

Design and Development Support

Assist Graphic Designers and Developers with technical skills, capturing client branding, and creating successful projects for a variety of clients.

Internal Collaboration

Lead content design and development discussions internally and collaborate with Marketing Strategists on client-facing meetings as needed.

Quality Assurance and Standards

Oversee internal Quality Assurance across client design and development projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client branding while maintaining high standards.

Coaching and Project Leadership

Coach and mentor team members to help them succeed and grow in their roles. Contribute to high priority client projects and internal Market Veep initiatives to ensure successful delivery.

Your Professional Experience:

At least 1 year of Market Veep Graphic Designer experience.
Have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of design experience.
At least 1 year of hands-on HubSpot experience.
Cross-departmental knowledge such as how content and design impact one another.
SEO knowledge including website optimization and development best practices.
Understand how each client’s unique brand should be reflected in their designs.
Successful production of a variety of design projects, including websites, eBooks, social images, ads, and more.
Coaching, mentorship, and QA experience.

Quality assurance and on-time delivery of design and development projects across multiple clients.
Design and development brief development for projects such as websites, eBooks, and more.
User experience and conversion path design to minimize friction and maximize conversions.

A Day in the Life…

You’ll start your day by checking in with the team for a "good morning" greeting.

Next, you’ll check your assignments and messages in the project management tool. Many days, you’ll be doing QA on projects from our designers and developers or creating briefs for new projects.

You may join a client call with a Marketing Strategist or have a one-on-one with a developer to discuss a project. If there’s free time, you might take a HubSpot certification course or join our team Zoom link for an afternoon game of Pictionary. Sound like a good day to you?
