Support the content team, ensure high-quality writing, and help deliver compelling projects for clients. Here’s what you’ll focus on:

Content Writing and Strategy

Assist Content Writers with technical skills, understanding client personas, capturing branding, and creating effective content for a variety of projects.

Internal Collaboration

Lead internal content strategy discussions and collaborate with Marketing Strategists on client-facing Content Workshops to align on project goals.

Quality Assurance and Standards

Oversee internal Quality Assurance efforts across all client content projects, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with client expectations.

Coaching and Project Contribution

Coach team members to grow their skills and contribute to high priority client or internal Market Veep content projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery.

Your Professional Experience:

At least 1 year of Market Veep Content Writer experience.
Have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of writing experience.
At least 1 year of hands-on HubSpot experience.
Cross-departmental knowledge such as how content and design impact one another.
SEO knowledge including topic cluster development, keyword research, and SEO best practices.
Understand how each client’s unique brand should be reflected in their content’s tone, positioning, and messaging.
Successful production of a variety of content styles, including short- and long-form blogging, email copywriting, social media copywriting, and more.
Coaching, mentorship, and editing experience.

What You’re Obsessed With:

Quality assurance and on-time delivery of content projects across multiple clients and writers.
Content brief development for projects such as blogs, emails, eBooks, and more.
Topic cluster and content strategy development that delights clients and drives their goals.

A Day in the Life…

You’ll start your day by checking in with the team for a "good morning" greeting.

Next, you’ll check your assignments and messages in the project management tool. Many days, you’ll be elbow-deep editing copy from our content writers or developing content briefs for new projects.

You may join a client Content Workshop call with a Marketing Strategist or have a one-on-one with a writer to discuss a project. If there’s free time, you might take a HubSpot certification course or hop on our team Zoom link for an afternoon game of Pictionary. Sound like a good day to you?
