Project Manager At Market Veep?

Coordinate projects, optimize workflows, and ensure the production team delivers high-quality results on time. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Resource Scheduling and Work Planning

Schedule team resources, create detailed work plans, and manage deadlines across content, design, development, and other departments to keep projects on track.

Internal Team Coordination

Host regular internal meetings to share updates, align account management and production teams, and ensure smooth collaboration across all project stakeholders.

Process Improvement and Optimization

Partner with the Director of Operations and Production Manager to refine service delivery processes, improve templates, and implement best practices based on feedback.

Reporting and System Management

Generate resource and progress reports to help leadership anticipate challenges, and maintain and optimize the project management system for maximum efficiency and productivity.

Your Professional Experience:

At least 1 year of project management experience
Project management systems expertise
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Workflow and process development skills
Scope adherence and resource management skills
Hands-on production and/or HubSpot experience is a bonus!

A Day in the Life…

You’ll start your day by checking in with the team for a "good morning" greeting.

Next, you’ll check the project management tool for new project requests, timeline updates, and any obstacles blocking the production team. You’ll also have a huddle with the Account Management team to communicate challenges and triage client requests.
