Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the primary paid media expert for clients, presenting strategies and results, while collaborating with creative, SEO, and analytics teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
Your Professional Experience:
- 10+ years of hands-on PPC experience, preferably within a marketing or digital agency environment, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proven expertise in Google Search Ads; Display and Shopping Ads are a bonus.
- Demonstrated success optimizing campaigns toward performance goals, including lead generation, eCommerce revenue, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate improvements.
- Strong analytical and reporting experience, with the ability to interpret data, use analytics tools, and translate insights into strategic recommendations for clients.
- Experience leading and participating in client meetings, confidently presenting performance data, explaining insights, and making strategic recommendations in a clear, professional, and client-friendly manner.

A Day in the Life…
You focus on the big-picture strategy for multiple client accounts—analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and creating actionable recommendations.
You work closely with a PPC Specialist who handles day-to-day implementation, like setting up campaigns, testing ads, and managing bids, while you guide them to ensure everything aligns with client goals.
You also collaborate with the Marketing Strategist who owns the full account, providing PPC expertise and insights to shape overall strategy. You lead client meetings to present data, explain performance trends, and make recommendations.
Team chats keep you connected to our overall team, and once a week you join our happy hour to celebrate wins, play games, and bond with colleagues.
Between meetings and analysis, you run reports, extract insights, and translate data into clear, actionable steps. Your role is all about strategic thinking, collaboration, and driving measurable results in a fun, supportive culture.

Fractional team members work on a part-time, hourly basis, supporting clients within a defined scope rather than being assigned full-time to a single account.
U.S. applicants with an LLC join our team as W-2 employees. All international applicants and some U.S.-based applicants with an LLC join our team as 1099 contractors.
No, there are no required working hours. You choose when you work as long as you meet commitments and coordinate with clients or team members as needed.
For roles that require client communications or meetings, you will work with the client to find a suitable schedule that works for both you and the client.
No, this is a white-label position in which you will represent yourself as a member of the Market Veep team. All client work is provided post-sale. We handle sales and client acquisition; you focus on delivery and retention.
Of course! Many of our fractional team members balance Market Veep work with other clients, projects, or commitments. In fact, our best-fit fractional team members have other steady sources of work aside from our partnership.
At this time, there are no structured plans to convert fractional team members into full-time employees.
PPC Strategists are assigned a monthly allotment of hours per client account based on the size and complexity of the client’s PPC campaigns. Each client assignment may range from 3 to 16 hours per month. Many of our PPC Strategists manage multiple clients at once.
Yes. While most work is done behind the scenes managing campaigns, you will occasionally join client calls to present results, insights, or campaign recommendations when needed. Some clients require a quarterly call, while others require weekly meeting participation.
Our PPC Strategists consult on specific channel strategies to drive engagement and lead generation goals across paid media platforms. They collaborate with our Marketing Strategists, who manage the overarching, multichannel strategies for our clients.
