Operations Specialist at Market Veep?
Support clients and internal teams, manage technical projects, and ensure smooth execution of HubSpot and website initiatives. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
HubSpot Implementation and Onboarding Support
Work closely with Onboarding Specialists and Solutions Coordinators to execute HubSpot integrations, migrations, and Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub setups efficiently and accurately.
Technical Project Execution for Retainer Clients
Coordinate with account management and project teams to handle technical needs including domain connections, SSL certificates, CRM configuration, and other essential tasks.
Client Meetings and Technical Alignment
Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure all onboarding and ongoing projects align with client objectives.
Strategic Deliverables and Process Support
Execute technical deliverables, support smooth project workflows, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain efficiency and high-quality results across initiatives.
Your Professional Experience:
- At least 1 year of client-facing experience
- At least 1 year of hands-on HubSpot experience
- Related Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Workflow and process development skills
- Scope adherence and resource management skills
- Independent problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
- Collaborative team player who doesn’t mind helping or asking for help
What You’re Obsessed With:
- Strategize HubSpot portal setup across multiple Hubs
- Train clients and team members on how to use HubSpot tools
- Troubleshoot HubSpot implementation issues
- Technical implementation across HubSpot, Google systems, and beyond
- Delight our clients beyond their wildest expectations
- Communicate client expectations and needs to our internal team
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HubSpot trends and best practices
A Day in the Life…
You’ll start your day by checking in with the team for a "good morning" greeting.
Next, you’ll respond to client emails and troubleshoot any issues that come up. You might join a technical alignment call to kick off a project or record a quick Loom video to walk someone through a tool. After that, you’ll sync with the team to ensure all deliverables are moving forward smoothly.
If there’s free time, you might dive into a HubSpot certification course or hop onto our team Zoom link for an afternoon round of Scattergories. Sounds like a good day to you?
