HubSpot Onboarding Specialist at Market Veep?

Guide clients through HubSpot onboarding, ensure smooth implementation, and support strategic setup across all hubs. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

HubSpot Onboarding and Setup

Help clients strategically set up their HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, ensuring their accounts are configured for success and aligned with their goals.

Client Training and Support

Host regular meetings to train clients on HubSpot tools, answer questions, and guide them through data migration, integrations, and other setup processes.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

Work closely with Operations Specialists and Solutions Coordinators to ensure all onboarding projects are executed efficiently and meet client expectations.

Strategic Execution of Deliverables

Support the creation and execution of strategic onboarding deliverables, ensuring projects are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with client objectives.

Your Professional Experience:

At least 1 year of client management experience
At least 1 year of hands-on HubSpot experience
Related Bachelor’s degree or higher
Strong communication skills
1-on-1 and group training and presentation skills
Collaborative team player who doesn’t mind helping or asking for help

What You’re Obsessed With:

Strategize HubSpot portal setup across multiple Hubs
Train clients on how to use HubSpot tools
Troubleshoot HubSpot implementation issues
Host regular Zoom meetings with clients
Delight our clients beyond their wildest expectations
Communicate client expectations and needs to our internal team

A Day in the Life…

You’ll start your day by checking in with the team for a "good morning" greeting.

Next, you’ll respond to client emails and troubleshoot any issues they’re facing. Much of your day will be spent in onboarding meetings, helping clients strategize the best way to set up and use their HubSpot tools. Afterward, you’ll check in with the team to make sure all deliverables are moving forward smoothly.
