Head of Strategy at Market Veep?

Strategic Leadership and Oversight

Direct the development of client marketing and lead generation strategies, ensuring every initiative aligns with goals and delivers meaningful, measurable results.

Team Coaching and Development

Hire, train, and coach Marketing Strategists and Account Managers, providing ongoing support to help them deliver proactive, consistent, and delightful service.

Client Success and Issue Resolution

Manage escalations, gather client feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance our processes, ensuring long-term satisfaction and strong client relationships.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

Evaluate results across all client campaigns, identify trends and improvements, and prepare comprehensive performance reports for leadership review.

Your Professional Experience:

  • 8+ years of B2B lead generation experience including Google Search Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and organic lead generation
  • 3+ years of team management experience demonstrating excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • 3+ years of HubSpot experience with proficient skills within HubSpot Marketing Hub, HubSpot Content Hub, and HubSpot CMS Hub
  • Experience in content marketing, social media marketing, paid media, email marketing, SEO, and website marketing
  • Experience in trade show marketing, event management, and webinar marketing
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
  • Successful track record of direct report management including hiring, training, and performance management

What You’re Obsessed With:

  • Recruiting, training, and coaching Marketing Strategists and Account Managers to service B2B clients
  • Assessing and collaborating on strategic marketing and lead generation campaigns 
  • Building positive relationships with clients and proactively resolving client complaints or issues 
  • Deep understanding of marketing channels and data to make strategic recommendations & decisions 
  • Utilizing HubSpot tools to close the marketing-and-sales loop to prove ROI from campaign efforts
  • Conducting regular NPS calls with clients and developing feedback presentations 
  • Hosting bi-weekly 1-on-1’s with Marketing Strategists and Account Managers 
  • Process development to improve efficiency, profitability, and quality of services

A Day in the Life…

You’ll start your day by checking in with the team for a "good morning" greeting. 

Next, you’ll spend time in one-on-one coaching sessions with marketing strategists and account managers, reviewing training plans, performance metrics, and client retention opportunities. Some days, you may also join a client call to help resolve a campaign concern.

You’ll wrap your day by analyzing lead-generation data across organic channels, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, while reviewing and approving new strategy proposals. You’ll update leadership on overall client performance. Sounds like a good day to you?
