This position is ideal for freelance HubSpot specialists and consultants seeking to supplement their existing client base with a steady stream of new projects. It's a great fit for specialists who want to focus on HubSpot consulting and client communications, rather than constantly seeking new clients when projects conclude.
Our production team handles implementation (imports, templates, workflows, etc.), while the Onboarding Specialist meets with clients and consults on best practices.
In this position, you’ll be the primary point person for our clients as they onboard onto HubSpot. You will be responsible for helping them strategically set up their HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs. You’ll host regular meetings with them wherein you’ll train them on HubSpot tools, plan out their data migration or integration, and update them on the status of outstanding deliverables. You’ll work closely with our HubSpot Admins and Solutions Coordinators to ensure the proper execution of all onboarding projects. This position may also be responsible for strategic execution of deliverables.
Conduct some meeting prep by reviewing the latest project updates and outstanding deliverables. Head into your client meeting wherein you'll discuss technical HubSpot implementation, basic CRM customizations, and general best practices.
After your meetings, you’ll post an update for our production team to ensure they have the necessary information to execute on the project deliverables, like basic lead routing setup, data imports, marketing templates, and more.
On Fridays, join the rest of the team for a casual Happy Hour where we may play a round of Scattegories or discuss the pressing questions in life, like is a hotdog a sandwich?
