Fractional Onboarding Specialist at Market Veep?
Guide clients through HubSpot onboarding, set up their systems strategically, and ensure smooth project execution. Here’s what you’ll focus on:
HubSpot Onboarding and Setup
Help clients strategically set up their HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs to align with business goals and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Client Training and Support
Host regular meetings to train clients on HubSpot tools, answer questions, and guide them through data migration, integrations, and workflow implementation.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with HubSpot Admins, Solutions Coordinators, and the production team to ensure onboarding projects are executed efficiently and accurately.
Strategic Execution of Deliverables
Support the creation and completion of key deliverables, ensuring projects are finished on time, meet quality standards, and drive client success.
Your Professional Experience:
- At least 1 year of client management experience
- At least 1 year of hands-on HubSpot experience
- Related Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Strong communication skills
- 1-on-1 and group training and presentation skills
- Collaborative team player who doesn’t mind helping or asking for help
What You’re Obsessed With:
- Strategize HubSpot portal setup across multiple Hubs
- Train clients on how to use HubSpot tools
- Troubleshoot HubSpot implementation issues
- Host regular Zoom meetings with clients
- Delight our clients beyond their wildest expectations
- Communicate client expectations and needs to our internal team
A Day in the Life…
Flexible hours mean your day is up to you. You’ll start by reviewing the latest project updates and outstanding deliverables to prep for client meetings. During these meetings, you’ll discuss technical HubSpot implementation, basic CRM customizations, and general best practices.
After your meetings, you’ll post updates for our production team so they have everything needed to execute project deliverables, like lead routing setup, data imports, marketing templates, and more.
On Fridays, you can join the team for a casual Happy Hour, where we might play a round of Scattergories or debate the pressing questions in life, like whether a hotdog is a sandwich. Sounds like a good day to you?
