HubSpot Onboarding Consultation

Lead clients through the HubSpot onboarding process, guiding them step by step to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation of Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and/or Service Hub.

Client HubSpot Training

Host meetings to provide hands-on training, share best practices, and give setup advice so clients can confidently use HubSpot for their business goals.

Project Management

Ensure onboarding projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client expectations, coordinating closely with the production team for timely execution.

Client Satisfaction

Monitor client progress and feedback throughout onboarding, proactively address concerns, and ensure deliverables meet standards—generating positive client reviews, testimonials, and overall satisfaction.

Your Professional Experience:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and/or Service Hub, with the ability to guide clients through setup and best practices.
  • Experience in client onboarding, customer success, or account management, preferably with SaaS or CRM platforms.
  • Proven project management skills, with experience keeping projects on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Strong client-facing experience, including hosting meetings, providing training, and presenting technical concepts in an accessible way.
  • Track record of driving client satisfaction, including gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and generating positive client reviews or testimonials.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate across internal teams and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

A Day in the Life…

Your day starts with reviewing ongoing client onboarding projects, checking progress, and ensuring everything is on track and within scope. You lead client meetings to provide training, share best practices, and offer setup guidance, helping clients feel confident using HubSpot’s Marketing, Sales, or Service Hub.

Throughout the day, you collaborate closely with the production team, making sure your recommendations are implemented smoothly, and coordinate with other internal teams to resolve any questions or challenges. You track project milestones, monitor client satisfaction, and gather feedback to ensure successful onboarding and generate positive reviews.

Your role is all about delivering exceptional client experiences, keeping projects on schedule, and helping clients get the most value from HubSpot.

What does “fractional” mean at Market Veep?

Fractional team members work on a part-time, hourly basis, supporting clients within a defined scope rather than being assigned full-time to a single account.

Is this a W2 or 1099 role?

U.S. applicants with an LLC join our team as W-2 employees. All international applicants and some U.S.-based applicants with an LLC join our team as 1099 contractors.

Are there required working hours?

No, there are no required working hours. You choose when you work as long as you meet commitments and coordinate with clients or team members as needed.

For roles that require client communications or meetings, you will work with the client to find a suitable schedule that works for both you and the client.

Will I need to find my own clients or sell my services? Can I use my company name?

No, this is a white-label position in which you will represent yourself as a member of the Market Veep team. All client work is provided post-sale. We handle sales and client acquisition; you focus on delivery and retention. 

Can I work on other freelance or consulting projects at the same time?

Of course! Many of our fractional team members balance Market Veep work with other clients, projects, or commitments. In fact, our best-fit fractional team members have other steady sources of work aside from our partnership. 

Will this position turn into a full-time position?

At this time, there are no structured plans to convert fractional team members into full-time employees.

How many hours will I be assigned per month?

Onboarding Specialists are assigned hours on a per-project basis, meaning that the total number of monthly hours may fluctuate. We do our best to keep the workload consistent month-over-month, but it may vary based on client needs and workload availability.

Does this role require client-facing meetings?

Yes, you will lead client calls to discuss setup requirements, provide training, or answer client questions.

What does success look like for an Onboarding Specialist?

Success is measured by smooth, efficient client onboarding and readiness for ongoing campaigns:
