Strategic Planning and Analysis
Analyze client data, channels, and marketing efforts to develop comprehensive strategies that support growth and achieve client objectives.
Client Communication and Meetings
Lead regular client meetings to review performance trends, share insights, provide recommendations, and ensure alignment on priorities and upcoming deliverables.
Collaboration with Production Teams
Work closely with the production manager, project manager, and implementation team to ensure strategies are executed efficiently and effectively.
Execution of Strategic Deliverables
Support the delivery of key strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, meet quality standards, and drive measurable results.
Your Professional Experience:
- At least 1 year of client management experience
- At least 2 years of hands-on HubSpot experience
- Experience with B2B marketing strategy
- Related Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative team player who doesn’t mind helping or asking for help

- Host regular Zoom meetings with clients

- HubSpot client onboarding, training, and ongoing support
A Day in the Life…
Flexible hours mean your day is up to you. You’ll start by reviewing the latest project updates from our project manager and putting the finishing touches on a marketing report. Then you’ll head into your client meeting to discuss key priorities, campaign deliverables, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
After your meetings, you’ll post updates for our production team so they have everything they need to produce high-quality content, designs, and more for our clients.
On Fridays, you can join the team for a casual Happy Hour, where we might play a round of Scattergories or debate the pressing questions in life, like whether a hotdog is a sandwich. Sounds like a good day to you?
