Guide clients through HubSpot integrations and migrations, ensuring smooth data transfer and strategic setup across all hubs. Here’s what you’ll focus on:

HubSpot Integration and Migration

Help clients integrate existing systems with HubSpot or migrate data and assets while ensuring accuracy, security, and alignment with business objectives.

Client Training and Support

Host regular meetings to train clients on HubSpot tools, provide guidance on best practices, and manage questions throughout the integration or migration process.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

Work closely with HubSpot Admins, Solutions Coordinators, and the production team to ensure integrations and migrations are executed efficiently and meet client expectations.

Strategic Execution of Deliverables

Support the creation and delivery of integration and migration projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time, meet quality standards, and drive client success.

Your Professional Experience:

  • At least 1 year of client management experience
  • At least 2 years of hands-on HubSpot experience
  • At least 1 year of integration experience 
  • Related Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Strong communication skills
  • 1-on-1 and group training and presentation skills
  • Collaborative team player who doesn’t mind helping or asking for help

  • Strategize HubSpot portal setup across multiple Hubs
  • Consult clients on best practices for their integrations and migrations
  • Train clients on how to use HubSpot tools
  • Troubleshoot HubSpot implementation issues
  • Host regular Zoom meetings with clients
  • Delight our clients beyond their wildest expectations
  • Communicate client expectations and needs to our internal team

A Day in the Life…

Flexible hours mean your day is up to you. You’ll start by reviewing the latest project updates and outstanding deliverables to prepare for client meetings. During these meetings, you’ll discuss technical HubSpot implementation, CRM customizations, and general best practices.

Afterward, you’ll post updates for our production team so they have all the information needed to execute project deliverables, including lead routing automation, data imports, marketing templates, and more.

On Fridays, you can join the team for a casual Happy Hour, where we might play a round of Scattergories or debate the pressing questions in life, like whether a hotdog is a sandwich. Sounds like a good day to you?
