SEO & AEO
Craft content that drives results through search engine optimization (SEO) and answer engine optimization (AEO), ensuring content reaches target audiences and supports lead generation efforts.
Audience & Brand Alignment
Understand client buyer personas, pain points, positioning, and tone of voice to create content that resonates with target audiences and converts visitors into leads.
Client Collaboration & Feedback
Participate in client calls as needed to discuss content strategy, gather feedback, and ensure content meets client expectations and marketing objectives.
Your Professional Experience:
- 2+ years of professional B2B marketing writing experience, preferably in an agency setting working with multiple clients.
- Experience creating content across multiple formats, including social media, email campaigns, landing pages, website copy, blogs, and long-form assets like eBooks or white papers.
- Knowledge of SEO and AEO best practices, with experience writing content that drives search visibility and engagement.
- Understanding of buyer personas, brand voice, and positioning, with the ability to tailor messaging to target audiences and conversion goals.
- Experience collaborating with clients or internal teams, including gathering feedback, participating in strategy discussions, and refining content based on input.
- Strong attention to detail and editing skills, ensuring high-quality, error-free content that meets client objectives.
- HubSpot experience is a bonus, particularly familiarity with Marketing Hub or content tools.

Most of your day is spent researching, brainstorming, and writing high-impact B2B marketing content—from social media posts and email campaigns to landing pages, blogs, and long-form assets like eBooks or white papers. You craft copy that aligns with client brand voice, speaks to buyer personas, and is optimized for SEO and AEO to drive leads and conversions.
You collaborate closely with the Marketing Strategist, reviewing project goals, content briefs, and feedback to ensure your writing supports overall client marketing strategies. Occasionally, you may join client calls to provide direct input or gather feedback on content, but the focus remains on creating engaging, results-driven copy.
Your role combines creativity, research, and generation, helping clients communicate effectively while driving measurable marketing outcomes.
