Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM settings, including contact, company, deal, and custom properties. Manage data cleaning, imports, deduplication, and ongoing data hygiene to ensure accurate reporting and reliable workflows.
HubSpot Automation
Build and maintain marketing and sales automation within HubSpot, including workflows, lead routing, lifecycle stages, and internal notifications to support efficient operations and scalable growth.
HubSpot Configuration
Customize HubSpot settings to meet internal and client needs, including pipelines, user permissions, integrations, and tracking. Provide behind-the-scenes implementation support to Marketing Strategists and internal teams to ensure HubSpot is used effectively and consistently.
Dashboarding & HubSpot Utilization
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and attribution settings within HubSpot to support internal analysis and performance tracking. Proactively identify opportunities to improve HubSpot usage, documentation, and processes so teams can operate more efficiently and consistently.
Your Professional Experience:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot, including CRM, Marketing Hub, and/or Sales Hub.
- Proven experience managing CRM data, including imports, deduplication, normalization, and ongoing data hygiene.
- Strong experience building and maintaining HubSpot workflows, automation, and lifecycle management.
- Experience designing and implementing marketing emails, forms, pop ups, chatbots, and sales templates within HubSpot.
- Experience creating custom properties, pipelines, and CRM configurations to support reporting and operations.
- Familiarity with HubSpot reporting, dashboards, and attribution models.
- Experience supporting internal teams with HubSpot implementation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage multiple implementation tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills to ensure consistent platform usage and processes.

A Day in the Life…
Your day often begins by reviewing open requests from Marketing Strategists and internal teams—ranging from CRM cleanup tasks and data imports to workflow updates or new automation builds. Attention to detail is critical, as the admin ensures contact records, properties, and pipelines are accurate, consistent, and set up to support reliable reporting.
Throughout the day, you work hands-on inside the platform, building or refining workflows, creating custom properties, designing marketing emails, and implementing SEO updates within the HubSpot CMS.
You collaborate internally to translate strategy into execution, troubleshoot issues, and improve how HubSpot is used across accounts.
By the end of the day, you have strengthened data integrity, improved automation, and removed operational friction—helping the broader team execute marketing and sales strategies more efficiently.

Of course! Many of our fractional team members balance Market Veep work with other clients, projects, or commitments. In fact, our best-fit fractional team members have other steady sources of work aside from our partnership.
At this time, there are no structured plans to convert fractional team members into full-time employees.
HubSpot Admins are assigned hours on a per-project basis, meaning that the total number of monthly hours may fluctuate. We do our best to keep the workload consistent month-over-month, but it may vary based on client needs and workload availability.
No, this is a behind-the-scenes role that provides platform configuration, automation, and implementation support for internal teams and client accounts. Client communication is liaised through the Marketing Strategist.
Success means the platform is optimized, accurate, and fully supports client and internal needs:
