Production Manager at Market Veep?
Lead production efforts, support your team, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery across client projects. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Team Support and Coaching
Host regular one-on-one meetings with production team members, provide guidance on best practices, and help them navigate challenges across design, content, development, and HubSpot tasks.
Process Development and Optimization
Collaborate with the Director of Operations, Senior Marketing Strategist, and Project Manager to refine service delivery processes, write SOPs, create documentation, and roll out process improvements.
Quality Assurance Leadership
Oversee internal Quality Assurance across all client projects, with a focus on website migration and build tasks, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to Market Veep standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Execution
Partner with internal teams, join client meetings when needed, and support the execution of select production activities to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.
Your Professional Experience:
- At least 1 year of production management experience (ie. production manager, project manager, etc.)
- At least 1 year of hands-on production experience (ie. writer, designer, developer, etc.)
- At least 1 year of hands-on HubSpot experience
- Related Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional written communication and ability to develop written SOPs
- Workflow development and resource management skills
- Cross-departmental knowledge including content, design, and development
- Coaching, mentorship, and performance management skills
What You’re Obsessed With:
- Quality assurance and on-time delivery of projects across all clients
- Process development to improve efficiency, profitability, and quality of services
- Cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the best possible service delivery workflow
- Bi-weekly 1-on-1’s with production team, including content writers, designers, developers, and admins
- Interviewing and evaluating production candidates for A-players
A Day in the Life…
You’ll start your day by checking in with the team for a "good morning" greeting.
Next, you’ll tackle any issues holding our clients or production team back. You might support Marketing Strategists in client strategy meetings or host 1-on-1s with the Account Management team. Many days will also include creating SOPs, conducting internal QA, or generating resource management reports.
If there’s free time, you might dive into a HubSpot certification course or hop onto our team Zoom link for an afternoon round of Scattergories. Sounds like a good day to you?
