In this position, you’ll be the primary support for our production team to ensure high-quality, on-time service delivery to our retainer clients. The purpose of this role is to promote client delight and retention through the strategic, timely delivery of services. Cross-departmental knowledge is a must, as our production team members include graphic designers, content writers, developers, and HubSpot admins. You’ll host bi-weekly 1-on-1’s with each member of our production team to assist with their questions and coach them up on best practices within their role and within Market Veep.
You’ll work closely with our Director of Operations, Senior Marketing Strategist, and Project Manager to improve service delivery processes and templates based on internal and client feedback. You will be expected to write process documentation/SOPs, develop resource reports, and lead internal presentations for process roll-out and adoption. You’ll lead our internal Quality Assurance efforts across all client projects, with a particular focus on website migration and build projects. This position may also be required to join client meetings to support our Account Management team and may be responsible for execution of certain activities for our clients and/or Market Veep.

Next you’ll address any issues or concerns that have our clients or production team stuck. You may spend your day supporting our Marketing Strategists on client strategy meetings, or hosting 1-on-1's with our Account Management team to help them reach success. Many days you'll be elbow-deep creating SOPs for our production processes, conducting internal QA on client projects, or generating resource management reports.
