Market Veep, a certified Platinum HubSpot Partner, will serve on the Partner Advisory Council in 2019.

In 2017, HubSpot launched the Partner Advisory Council (PAC) as a way to collect feedback from their partner agencies, promote more cohesive collaboration, and streamline their various processes.

Back then, the PAC consisted of 15 partner agencies divided into two divisions—one covering North America and Latin America, and the other representing Asia-Pacific and EMEA.

The PAC has grown significantly since its inception, however, and now boasts a whopping 62 partner agencies representing 6 distinct divisions: North America, Latin America, EMEA, Australia and New Zealand, South-East Asia and India, and Japan.

The 2019 PAC membership was announced earlier this month, and Massachusetts-based Platinum Partner Market Veep is thrilled to participate on behalf of the North American division.

“It is such an honor for Market Veep to be selected to join the HubSpot PAC council. I keep pinching myself!” stated Jennelle McGrath, CEO and Founder of Market Veep. “We are so excited to see what collaborations come from the partners throughout the year.”

How Are Partner Agencies Selected?

In order to be considered for HubSpot's Partner Agency Council, an agency must complete a formal application and pass through a vetting process led by the senior partner program leadership team at HubSpot. With nearly 3,000 partner agencies in the HubSpot Partner Directory, it is a highly competitive application and selection process.

Partner agencies aren't chosen for the council based on agency size or tenure alone. Rather, HubSpot seeks qualified agencies that have the highest potential to offer insightful, genuine feedback and contribute original ideas for improvement. They take those qualifications into consideration along with their Hubspot partner tiers and the ideas that the partners submit as part of their application.

What Does the PAC Do?

The PAC members hold a monthly virtual meeting to discuss challenges, opportunities, and fresh ideas to improve the overall Partner Program. Candid feedback is strongly encouraged and all ideas are taken into serious consideration.

In addition to being a place of constructive feedback and a soundboard for ideas, members of the PAC evaluate product betas, review partner tools, and gauge partner engagement.

Ultimately, the goal of the PAC is to improve the collaboration between HubSpot and its partner agencies so that the agencies can better serve their own clients.
